I'm mad, I've found the sword three times. Each time I try to start the challenge but when I grab, it does nothing. I Melee it to death, nothing happens, I pull on it, nothing. It's bs.

About grabbing the ice sword challenge, I think it is because the challenge is already over or nearly over when u grab it. However, that "thing" takes a period of time to vanish.
