How did you come up with it, and what does it mean?
(I know there used to be one of these threads but I couldn't find it so I'm making another one for interest).
My name is Talon. A talon is a claw on a bird, esp. raptors. Raptors are my favorite animals.

Does it have any relation to the LoL character?
I was reading a poetry book for school. Then I noticed one of the words that was used in it was: Folly. Put two and two together then made PoeticFolly. Then I got into jailbreaking and noticed there was a jailbreaker named Poetic_Folly.
