First off, this is not the same thread as the one that has the title, "I challenge anyone to prove that god is or isn't real". That thread is based on the concept of questioning religion, this thread is based on the concept of questioning the scientific process.
I want to get it out there that this is not a thread where we debate about religion for pages upon pages, this is designed to be a thread that simply debates about how the scientific theories that we use today work. There should be
no pseudoscience in this thread. I bet we all can learn a lot from each other if we can keep up a rational, formal debate!
Anyways, I am very bored at this point in my Christmas break, and I want somebody to try to prove that the current scientific theories are not a reliable way to explain how we got here today. In that sense, I want somebody to come up with the most legitimate argument they can against widely accepted theories such as the big bang, natural selection/evolution, and the like.
Every time someone tries to disprove these theories to me they always come up with extremely simple pseudoscience answers that have been said over and over again, such as "Evolution does not follow the law of thermodynamics, How could something come from nothing in the big bang, the theory of gravity requires as much faith as god"
Could someone please try to form a more legitimate argument? I'm down to debate with you!

(If you want to know the answers to the questions I already stated, I will be glad to explain them in depth.)
