i got some pretty weird hats from halloween but this specific hat has rlly caught my attention, it looks like a pair of **** with nipples...i call it the "bra hat", people say its a bat hat..but i tell them that there arent any white bats! it does resemble a bat figure so i cant say that its not..maybe its an albino bat? it does have wings which suggests its some sort of animal..

The actual name of the hat is "Bra Monster Hat" the template has no "made by" so I don't know who made it.
