nah its cool that you made a thread about it..i havent really bothered trying to explain this whole **** cause its just a hassle. maybe it'll get some attention and will hopefully be resolved

if you annoy them(staff) enough they'll eventually get into it ;P have u tried explaining this on the feedback?
