I'd rather have it so its 10 bucks. It has a capacity of 50 people and would be open to public. Then have it so it is possible to make it a party, house, school, guild, or classic style.

Also I'd like customization in guild houses.

Maybe the option to give house powers (can kick, invite, move furniture, Etc.) to another graalian?
