This thread is talking way too much about religion and divine gods. It was meant to be a discussion on the legitimacy of some scientific theories, and in my opinion throwing religion into it is very off topic.

I think you are very confused. There is a massive difference between not currently being able to fully explain something scientifically, and something NOT being explainable by science. Its like saying a magician is magically doing things because you don't currently know how the magic trick really works.
