yes, $25 seems unreasonable, but you're buying a town-sized space. If theyre more expensive theyll be more rare.
However... a couple things:
-not sure how successful the concept itself will be. Most people who spent $5 for their guildhouse dont even buy furniture and their house sits empty. BOR-ING. So it would be a big waste for people to spend $25 and not fill their center with furniture.
-Spending $25 is quite a lot, and theres a lot of space to fill to make your center interesting. It would become veryyyy expensive quick to actually make an interesting center. So maybe there should be an unlimited supply of default furniture that can only be used in youre center and cannot be sold? Or have a custom furniture upload system? But i doubt either of those ideas would fly with stefan.
