Let's just face it.
There will always be boosters, cheaters, whatever the hell you want to call it.
The only way anyone will be able to crack down on boosters, will be to engage rules and limitations that everyone will complain about, legit or fake.

So, to answer the thread question, the top sparrers in my opinion is anyone who works hard for their spars.
And until Era dies out, boosters will boost, cheaters will cheat, and spar will have a conceited and completely false underbelly.
