That's what i thought, but i guess that's not the case with 'everyone' couple of minutes ago i saw a girl on her status she had a photo of herself but you can only see her face from one side (not sure if it's a gp).
Also i've seen another one two weeks ago (?) a group of guys sitting on a bench or something and their faces were covered with lion stickers or something along these lines ( that one is a gp).
I personally don't consider that to be a fair disapproval if only his/her hand is showing what's the big deal about that ? If they keep disapproving this photo because it didn't meet with the required uploading rules then they should apply these rules to everyone in general.
