Just dropping by to let you all know that I bought Astro A40s.
Come at me.
(Joking, did a trade with a friend from Head-Fi to lend each other a pair of headphones. My M50 for his A40... We wait.)

They're surprisingly alright. Clarity isn't neck-and-neck with my HD25 or M50 but the depth and soundstaging is leaps and bounds above them both. Kinda mid-bass centric making it appealing for bands like fun. and electronic music.
