how would it cause lagg? i know a few other games that are both on android and iphone servers and they seem to run fine..

Facebook and iOS are on the same server so really whats the difference if Android can access it?
All they would need is someone to copy and paste the updates from the iPhone version. And if Android was on the same server then nothing would need to be done at all. Probably just app optimizations that would be done by Stefan or someone else.
