I haven't read any of this thread so if I restate something sorry.
I think homosexuality is perfectly fine, as with gay marriage. And why I don't like people saying it is bad so much is when they drag their religion into it with "Oh, my bible/God/Idol says it is a sin or crime.", which is fine, except not every person let alone gay has the same religious belief as you. Not only that but your religion has no position in law, and no right to rule over other's lives who don't wish to believe.
The next big argument seems to be "it is gross". Which in that case I can just say that is too bad for you.
Another reason people seem to disagree is that it is unfair to the kid, that it will make their life harder. I think the biggest problem with that is that a rather low percentage of gays are capable of making children with each other, to be exact the percentage is 0. But of course there are other ways to get a kid, adoption and such. So even now a very low amount of gays are caring for kids, now you can tell me that the entire family walks their kid to high school, but that is bull ****. No, you aren't getting walked to school by daddy and daddy at age 15. It may happen a few times but whatever, that is a very insignificant number of people who are embarrassed. And not letting an entire population love because a few kids will get embarrassed at school is ridiculous.
Now as for ruining their family life? I don't see how it will. You don't need a mom, or you don't need a dad to have an amazing family life. Sometimes that can make it worse.
As for it ruining our economy. "IF WE LET PEOPLE MARRY OUR ECONOMY WILL WRECK".

To me it seems like this whole movement is because people are homophobes and think gay marriage is icky.
