This will cause more work for staff. People will be like "OMG I GOT SCAMMED HELP" alot and spam the feedback preventing staff to see the important stuff. Also the reports will be filled with players whining about being scammed.

Most online games don't accept scamming as something that can be dealt with by in-game staff. As long as there are precautions, a safe trading system, and people are made aware that the staff
can not help them if they get scammed, everything should work out.
