I play iclassic sometimes and I'm Australian and my ms is usually in the 100s or 90s

Doubt it. If using scripted ping, I wouldn't trust it for ****. I'm sitting in a ISP right now. Direct line out. This means I skip quite a few hops but if I ping the iClassic server, I average 200-210ms.
Australians do not get <100ms to anything in US x-x
