xenthic look at my 2nd idea... instead of a PULSE allies where members have to stay in one guild. members can multiguild as long as the guilf they are recruited to is allied to the guild your loyal to
well it would be yours.. youd only be in one guild forever unles you decide to leave.
So if Krat pmed you "lets make a guild with me you timeshift..."
youd pay because your apart of that guild. its either you own a guild you join a guild or you dont join any guilds

But the thing is you have to
pay to be a part of a guild. What if a new player wanted to join/start a guild but he/she couldn't because of money issues? Bottom line is it isn't fair because you're paying for a guild you're not even leading.
Also, the whole ally thing for your second idea confuses me. If you're limited to one guild with allies, how does someone have power over all of them unless they are recruited to each and every branch? I can understand where you're coming from, wanting to have everyone under one guild because it's convenient and it's easy to manage everyone, etc, etc. but people will be people and continue to meet more people. What if two people from two completely different guilds (not allied) wanted to be in a guild together but they couldn't because neither wanted to leave the one they were in?

I don't believe that this kind of 'forced loyalty' would be well received. However, there are many ways to encourage guild loyalty. One example of something I intend to do is change guild hats, where they are added to the guild rather than the player. They would only appear in your inventory when you wear the tag. I think this is the kind of thing you should be aiming for in your suggestions.

I think you sir just found a possible solution to passively end hat chasing. But
might've opened the door for power abusive leaders to kick all the newbies that helped in favor of their friends so that they may join just so they could wear the hat whenever they feel like it.
