Guild Houses
I like the idea of guild furniture, but the guild would need to hit a certain number of hours/something (i see it unfair that ONLY tower guilds would be able to get it) before having its own furniture, cant see every guild getting its own furniture.

Guild Hats
Right, yes this would stop hat chasing guilds etc, But, a few concerns.
#1; makers of the hat. People who make 1k, 5k hats are often not in the guilds themselves. This, imo, would be a little unfair if the actual creator of the hat could not wear it. I have made a 1k hat myself, and I don't even have a tag for the guild.
#2; Tower guilds often use subguilds, and constantly kick inactive members. So many members would not be able to access the hat all the time - a bit unfair if they worked hard for it.
#3; A lot of guilds hit 1k then give up. Some current 1k guilds the leaders have quit, and others have the entire guild kicked. Even CJ and VG (i think) have mostly kicked all the members from the main guild. So do none of them get the 10k mount?
-I also predict a lot of leaders will get to 1k and 'sell' guild spaces, so random people can get the hat, or they'll just recruit friends, not people who worked for the hat.

Guild Customs
How would this work? I don't see leader paying for 20k head and rest of guild getting it for free working. I dont really like the head/body idea - a guild shield/sword could work, maybe appear in the default shields when have tag on. Or you could put code in guild news...

Events
Seems all good, would like some guild events for anytime, as oppose to solo events that can only be done when admin broadcasts it.
Howverrr, i would like to add something.
At the moment guilds are more geared towards sparring and towering, theres 1k hats, gst rewards etc. But there isnt any way non spar/tower guilds can get similar prizes. Im not sure if this is what you were suggesting, but there could be leaderboards for guild events, like archery, KotH, etc - but the #1 /#2 guilds each season would get a prize. This would give non-spar guild a fun tournament for prizes.
