I don't think it's bad. I miss Steve Carell, but the new d00d isn't doing bad. It's a different direction yeah - they can't drop another humorous dumb-ass in because that would just look like they're trying to replace him. Not a bad turn though, the show still keeps me laughing.

Partially because by watching the show, I will know what goes on at work the next day/week. Literally.
