im saying for my 2nd idea you can only join one guild. but if an allied guild recruits you , you can join allied guilds too.

Yes, but that does nothing about subguilds. Under your system, you're saying you can join the main guild and allied guilds. Most, if not all, tower guilds use allies as subs. So people would still be using subs and mass noobcruiting everyone that doesn't have a guild tag yet.
