Or maybe using a PC is cheating in a way that you can move differently and is faster?
There is other reasons why iDevice sparrer's would refuse to spar on PC, because its simply fair.
PC's are so easy to hack in which makes it more unfair, how do we know if someone is speedhacking? sure they have systems but is it really that good? I've checked and their systems can't track until it gets to a certain speed.

PC is not inherently "faster" and if you think that then I encourage you to ask someone like fp4 or Skyld about how movement works in the Graal client. Neither client can exceed a certain cap in tiles per second. It's easier to argue that an iDevice user would be smoother and faster (and I say faster in terms of having less client lag and thus being able to consistently move at the TPS cap) because browsers are huge resource hogs.
In your hacking example, I'm not following. Can you name a few PC players who were recently banned for hacking? I can't, but I can name probably a half-dozen iDevice players who are currently banned for modifying the client in some way. Both devices support a huge number of tools that can help you cheat. Not to mention, there is currently no controversy or even accusation of people hacking in the sparring community on iClassic. It's a moot point.

iGraal comes from the app store. Sparring was a concept designed around to use a touchscreen. iClassic and normal Classic are two different games.

Really? Would you care to cite the major differences in the sparring mechanics from PC Graal to iClassic? (No, because you never played PC Graal.) Here are the two I can think of:
- Blink is handled differently (and I won't elaborate).
- On iClassic, a hit is registered only during the first frame of the sword animation.
Neither example seem to cater to touchscreen as a peripheral.

PC is unfair since the majority uses an iDevice. PC DO have an edge

You can't say, "PC players should all switch to iDevice because PC is clearly the more advantaged platform." How does that even make sense? You're claiming that the platform that is generally considered to be the worse of the two, in terms of effectiveness in spar, should be the gold standard? That's like suggesting that a football player should play in dress shoes instead of cleats and then insisting that, because it feels more uncomfortable and difficult, that it somehow requires more skill. That's not how it goes.
You are the ones with the complaint and claims of being disadvantaged, so if you want to fix the problem then you will be the one to switch platforms.
