99% chance that this never happened and this is yet another brilliant troll thread, but I could definitely see it happening. It's been an issue that has plagued Graal for years. Not everyone wants to become staff just to contribute to everyone else's enjoyment.

You aren't getting paid, so it probably feels justified when you take your power as a staff member and use it in a way to benefit you and your friends. Most staff probably feel like they owe it to themselves.
