not really, by just lining up two people next to each other, you could stop a player from walking around the top of the mod fort. the only tower that i'll admit takes some skill to "pk" in is the castle flag room, there is a lot of empty space to roam around in it, and it has more of a "guildspar" feel to it.

No lol go to swamp and look at the flag room and at some point you'll probably see 2 people next to each other. You can easily maneuver around them, even through them when they split up to try to gang you. Snow tower also has plenty of room.
