Do not give out anymore 1k hats, people keep their 1k hats. Just keep 5k hat and 10k mount.

Towers will not die. Plenty of people did towers before 1k hats, and plenty of people will still do it if they remove 1k hats. Just get rid of the 1k hat prize, and everything will be ok.
