Its kind of hard to miss when im in bh and i fire constantly at them with a souizen from almost directly infront of them, out of 4-5 hits i see from the bullet touching them and dissapearing, only 1, sometimes 2 register then they just run away and eat food.
You can't exacly sit there and try to tell myself and everyone else here we're wrong when we're the people who actually play the game. It's not lag, its the hit timer, maybe if you based yourself you'd realise this

It's lag, I am having no problems with the timer registration.
Your Ping is probably too high, or your upload rate is too low since the bullets are serversided and filtered correctly. We're absolutely sure about it.
