Yeah should be faster, I bought it on impulse and didn't really pay attention to others with it until only after purchasing, I realized it was completely useless for transportation. Doesn't even say in the description that it's slower than the other mounts. I'd expect my firework mount to go extremely fast and my turtle to swim but niether do. So I don't see why turtles have to be slow like ones in real life.
