I think a good example of what to do would be the cave leading to snowtown before snowtown was released. There were a few... miners I think? standing around the cave saying they were still working on clearing it out or something. The point is that it was blocked off and it looked kinda cool.
Well that definitly needs to be fixed asap. Another annoying barrier I noticed (not a warp though.) is this:

Yeah, the entire level there is blocked off with an invisible barrier which is really annoying because 1. part of it is on Belle Island itself and 2. there's nothing over there that players could get to...
