If someone lives in Australia or Asia for example, every single person they spar will delay to them just as much as they delay to you. You can still argue it's an advantage to the delayer, because the delayer knows their own delay and has lots of experience with it.

Not really, if we fight another delayer then we have to predict them *2, and you think it's hard for you?
You say that experience is an advantage, lol you can't go and complain that you lost a spar because they had more experience than you.
Also, you could easily just randomly move somewhere unexpected and voila, you foiled our prediction.
