Why don't they kick him out of the event if he wins it while having the hat already, and re-do the round..?

As a host, that is just annoying as hell. Lol. Whenever someone would win a hat that they already had on zone, I would just let them gift it to a friend. Much simpler and people can do the event regardless of prize.
