I still like the idea of playing off the Lexel technological theme. Hmmm. Or, maybe an airport by the beach. Or, theme the base after a business, like a toy shop. Actually, I'd love to see a base storage facility. You know, like GTA where all the huge tankers are. Maybe the base can be a very large cruise ship!
