Could also run attack speed reds if you're going the PD-rush route, which is what I prefer. this is usually what I run on Vayne:

Flat Attack Speed Marks
Flat Armor Seals
Scaling MR Glyphs
Flat AD Quints

Masteries just run the standard 21/9/0 AD carry page. In Defense spec 3/3 in armor, 1/3 in MR and get Veteran's Scars. Helps a lot early game imo
