Ok, so here is a personal post from me addressing your issues.

First off, Robg you have a message so we can get you taken care of. (Nice avatar btw) Second off I do like some of your suggestions. I will talk to prince about making sure his staff handles uploads the right way. If anyone has any suggestions to improve the server, feel free to send a graalians PM or feedback it.

Also, to address the hat comment. That should not happen, all transactions for prizes go through a high administrator which if you truefully won an event (There are people who say that eventhough I check my own profile for the last person who killed me) contact a higher administrator with the exact situation and the host. If you provide false information, you can face a ban.
