Most people get where they are by being a ass kisser. I did it from time to time on Zone PC, a little sucking up does go a long way.

From what I've seen, you're being a whinny kid because you were told by someone higher up than you for being lazy. I don't care if it's a volunteer job or not, if you are not willing to put forth effort then you should be yelled at. It's better than being outright fired like I would of done.
