I disagree. There don't need to be any inter-server requirements. Not because they're a bad idea but because the obvious person who would be setting them (Stefan) can't make good decisions.

i see what you mean, but why should one server allow animal heads and the other shouldnt? (just an example). the server managers could talk about them and decide one rule for the current servers. new servers will most likely have to agree with that rule.
