If you don't have a PC, you shouldnt apply as Staff. It is really simple.
You can't beat a Staff using a PC with your iDevice. If you want an efficent staff, he HAS TO have a PC for using his tools/RC and what not.
You need to check comments of the players, match IPs, check their attributes, and many other things, maybe even do transfers. You can't do all that stuff on iDevice, or atleast most of them I am sure. I would never hire someone who wants to use his iDevice as Staff tbh. But thats maybe just me.
