The first major update that come to mind that has ruined Classic is the idling warp. You can't even sit outside for 10 minutes without being warped to an unwanted area.

Did this mess up your event camping? Or would you rather seeing, "Rate my Look" more often?

Another terrible update is the Alignment Point system. The AP system has no necessary use to the Classic society. All I see is disadvantages if you spar, PK, or tower. But if you sit and do nothing your only advantage is the ability to not be hurt by a sword.

AP was made to separate those who don't like PK from those who do.

Yet another useless update is the Guild Picture approval. I see the improvement it made, but it's ruined the idea of Guild Pictures.
