Sounds like a strategy that is very time-consuming, takes planning and organization, and they have one chance to do it... Ya, probably sucks to have it all come down on you, but with all these factors I don't consider it much of an exploit.

Admittedly though, I don't tower much, and I don't see the need for Saint's to be allowed in towers anyways.
