I'm well aware of the initiative, and that's cool and all.. But why isn't the player made hats "section" of any shop ((if that even exists)) open to everyone? There are a lot of talented artists who would love to pop out some material, without having to join a guild just to do it.

This could probably be in another section of the forums, but.. Whatever.
