It's funny that nobody actually reports these things to the people that matter though, they always seem to run to Facebook or the forums. If this sort of behavior was actually reported ( [email protected] by the way) and was actually true, the person in question would have been removed a long time ago. Until this actually happens, I'm just going to assume its a bunch of people crying over losing some towers in game.

Explain that to me. How would the issue be handled any differently had I sent you an email claiming that a staff member did exactly what I described in this thread? You would have claimed you were "looking into it," using what data? I'd like to know what you would have done other than tell me you'd "look into" something that has already happened and can otherwise not exactly be proven.
But, it should be able to be proven. Maybe you should consider:
- Tracking at what level and during what timestamp a staff uses whatever NPC, weapon, etc. is responsible for allowing them to go invisible
- Tracking when a staff member hits another player and/or fort flag when invisible and/or on an administrator account
- Tracking when a GP or admin accesses levels exclusive to guild forts at all
- Hiring staff who are willing to prioritize things in front of helping their guilds at forts
- Hiring staff who can spell the word "yesterday" and can be looked at seriously with expectations to handle the job with maturity
Those are just a few ideas off the top of my head, it didn't require any intense brainstorming. Has none of that ever crossed your mind? No offense, but isn't this elementary **** that should have been put in place long ago by any responsible administration? Or do you guys just take it in stride and trust every one of your admins with your heart and soul? Is what several people have reported in this thread not worthy of your attention?
Pretty ridiculous reply from you I've say. You're acting as if this is on us, as if we need to prove without some shadow of a doubt that this is happening when it's obvious to people who actually participate at towers that it is. It shouldn't be on us to prove, it should never happen. You should be tracking your own staff and handling it internally, not me. How would you like any of to prove what we've alleged in this thread? Should we all just run a screen recorder 24/7 with the assumption that we'll encounter garbage staff on iClassic?
So now that you've acknowledged this thread, what exactly will be done about it? I'll be realistic and safely assume nothing. At the very most, she'll be told to not do what is being alleged in this thread. If it ever happens again, you won't know. What was accomplished?
We didn't even lose the fort when this happened, BTW. Consider for a second that the numerous reports in this thread may actually have some weight to them, rather than just turning a blind eye.
