If anything was done, it can be proven because we keep extensive logs of what every staff member does. We do hire staff that prioritize work before play, you think we don't, which is why I've asked you to email about it.

I don't know if I believe that, though. I've witnessed certain things that were earlier discussed in this thread happen. Others have posted here, too. If what you're saying is true then I think you would have already stumbled across some activity that looks pretty sketchy.

As for you complaining about someone making a typo, you really need to grow up and stop looking for reasons to hate someone.

I don't "hate" anyone on a game, and I'm not the one that needs to grow up. The ones who go out of their way to cheat and give their friends an advantage and then pretend it never happened should be the ones to grow up, not me. It wasn't a personal attack, I was being serious.

As soon as Stefan starts paying me in real money, I will quit my day job so I can start devoting 40 hours per week so I can read extensively monitor what ever staff member does, by until then I will just have to deal with it on a case by case basis as they are reported.

Well, exactly, that's the problem right there. I've mentioned it plenty of times, you don't exactly see the motivation in properly monitoring your staff team, so you don't. What reward is in it for you? It's understandable. Knowing that, don't you suppose that some members of your staff would be willing to take advantage of their position? It wouldn't be the first time in Graal history.

Once again, I'm not blaming this on you, I'm saying it was never brought to my attention until seeing this thread at work. If something does come of it or if nothing comes of it, you probably won't know either way, because I don't share what's going on internally with the staff team with everybody.

Which is why I don't have any interest in emailing you, really. I've taken on the issue myself because that doesn't require that I need to trust in you or anyone else to get the job done. I'm sure the staff members who are known for abusing in the way that I've described in this thread have seen it, and I'm sure it makes them a little uncomfortable. Bringing this matter to the forum alone will likely make them reconsider doing things like that, because at least now people have somewhere to talk about it and
know it's being seen, rather than just expect staff to "handle it."
If you feel like people have not brought the issue to your attention appropriately, then you're free to ignore it. It does suck that this happens though, and that's what this thread and suggestion is about.
