Ah yes, Stupid me didn't know it had to be "Spring" themed. It didn't say that on the page. I thought the upload page named "Spring Submit" was just a uploading feature released for the Spring only. Like I thought "Spring" stood for a time frame not a theme. Ahhh! I'm so stupid!
