How about a trading system like 12 double sided tables with an admin at the top of the tables and an admin at the bottom of the table and they watch you untill you trade or a trading room that won't let both of them out until they both receive an item.Just thoughts

Or, you could script it so no admins would have to waste their time watching players trade items. But, it won't happen.
