He's not obligated to pay anyone. I'm almost positive that he's not making enough money just to go and throw it around to staff for doing a volunteer job.
Stefan is a decent guy. Don't make assumptions and hop on the bandwagon.

I can guareentee he makes more than enough money to pay his employees a small wage.
If you have to fill out a application then its not a volunteer job
