I agree. I came on earlier and had no idea who anyone was (or was even sure they use this site). I think a 100 post minimum should be put in place unless you're new but still considered an active poster that we know at least a little bit about. But the day you join the forums, probably shouldn't be the same day you join the guild.

I've given anyone in the guild till thursday to get 100 posts, big problem is the subs and the fact their owners are recruiting everyone who asks.
