I think part of the challenge with events is you have to be lucky enough to win an event in which there is a 'good' hat up for grabs. If you already have a lot of event hats it makes it even more of a challenge because you have to win an event for a hat that you don't have. If everyone could win any event even if they had the hat, it would be a bit unfair that they still get something from it. Just my opinion.

That being said, I do want to see some event related content added to that tent.
