The graphics needed for the application are below par imo. Melees and Guns will rarely be needed to be made in game as most come from PC Zone. Anyone can make hat's if they can do other artwork. I would have recommended providing the robot template and asking them to do an idle of the side front and back views of a brand new robot using that template. No point in testing someone on something they will most likely, never do.

Anyways, good luck to all applying and good to see iZone hiring for Dev's.
