Nasus is still really strong even without Q farm, his wither is highly effective in shutting down the adc's damage, and his spirit fire helps his team do a ton more damage in addition to his ult doing plenty as well.

Hmm, yeah I haven't really seen it, but if it's being used in tourneys it must be good. Can't really imagine Nasus without Q rice though.
