What if the player's trader has tap 'Accept Trade' button and the other is taking his/her time choosing and then that player knows what the trader is willing the trade and then purposely do a "quick change" in things and accepts trade? That can probably happened.

Both people have to lock in their items before accepting the trade I'm guessing. Good Idea though.
