i did an mai compooter runs 100000x fster1! xcept iz lost my programz!
Norton is ****. Get rid of it, get something free that's 100x better and your laptop will probably run better for it.
Also if you have a laptop it's likely you have integrated graphics which means you'll never get great performance on games.

That's what I've heard from too many people sadly. I was hoping it wasn't true. I'll have to wait to remove it since my dad already paid for membership. Once it's expired I'll remove it and see if my performance improves. Thanks for the tip!
Most of the time your GPU is by far the most important for playing games. Since you have intel that is the problem as they don't make powerful chips. Sadly, the vast majority of laptops cannot be upgraded, so you'll most likely need to get a new computer.

Yeah, my laptop I didn't really plan on using for gaming. I was hoping it would be able to run some games like Team Fortress or Slenderman okay. I guess if I ever want to get into PC gaming I'll just purchase a gaming computer. First I'll try removing Norton though and some other programs that may be causing the laggy gameplay. Thank you for the advice too!
My laptop plays Halo CE just fine and plenty of other games.
Tired of people saying laptops flat out can't run games when it is simply not true.

Some games run okay on mine. Garry's Mod runs alright and Team Fortress I guess isn't too bad.
