No, you don't need to make a new account because your spar rate sucks. If you feel so compelled to start a new account because of a number then that's your problem.

However I think maybe you should be able to reset your spar stats once. We ALL suck at the beginning, and it'd be nice to have a fresh start after we start getting our bearings on the game and sparring. No fee, but only one reset per account. Ever.

Afterwards if you still suck that's your problem; because if you pay to reset it every time you suck it no longer represents your sparring skill, but how much time and money you're willing to spend resetting and trying to get a good ratio.
