Except there's nothing to be liable for here. All anyone complaining is going to do is get them paranoid and remove it, even though there's legally no reason to.

Therein lies why we're not being allowed to upload heads that are
remotely similar to any existing character. You should be allowed to so long as it isn't a rip, but they don't for this exact reason. You only make things worse this way.
